" We were simply 'exploring the area' and wandered into First Collective to ask if someone was willing to spend an hour to show us 2 gated communities we could not see on our own. Nicole said, ' no issue, i will take you' knowing we had no intention of buying. She immediately, set us up to see 3 gated Nocatee communities.
